Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and a member of SSC's Board of Directors since 2011, was the founding co-artistic directors for Speech of Fire. When she was the Artistic Director of SSC she also served as the costume and set designer for the production, as well as writer/music director as well as a text coach. Though she typically led within her acting ensemble but in the final year of work alongside SSC King Lear, she became a director and lighting designer. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. In addition to acting, she has been involved in a variety of game shows. She was raised by her siblings and two brothers within Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard Post. Post's wife, a poetess Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school of choice. She was a cheerleader. She was a student at Pomona College for a short period of time, and later graduated in Lewis & Clark College, both of which are located in Oregon. Post was married prior with Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) has been Post's husband since 1982. The couple is blessed with two daughters. Post is a great actress, an ideal mother and wife, and also a role model for several Hollywood famous people.
